Welcome to Mangalam Bharat Gas Services. By using our website, booking services, or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

• We provide LPG supply for domestic and commercial use, along with related equipment (stoves, regulators, hoses, etc.).
• New gas connections, refills, and bulk supply are subject to government regulations and Bharat Petroleum guidelines.
• 24/7 customer support is available for booking and emergency services.

2. Booking & Delivery

• Bookings can be made online, via phone, or directly at our office.
• Deliveries are made to the registered address only.
• Delivery times may vary depending on availability, demand, and location.
• Customers must present a valid consumer number/ID for LPG delivery.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices of LPG cylinders and equipment are subject to government-approved rates.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery or booking (as applicable).
• Advance payments, if any, will be adjusted against future bookings.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Bookings can be cancelled before dispatch. In such cases, refund/adjustment will be provided.
• Once a cylinder or product has been delivered, no refund or return will be applicable unless the product is faulty.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.

5. Safety Guidelines

• Customers must ensure proper ventilation while using LPG.
• Always check the cylinder seal and weight at the time of delivery.
• Any leakage or issue must be reported immediately on our helpline.
• Mangalam Bharat Gas Services will not be responsible for damages caused due to customer negligence.

6. Liability

• We strive for accurate and timely service but will not be liable for delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the LPG/service purchased.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, and information on our website are the property of Mangalam Bharat Gas Services.
• Unauthorized copying, modification, or use is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Noida, Uttar Pradesh courts.
